Trade-in items can be individual components, an entire system, or any non-Thompson Retractor!

How the Trade In Program Works:

1. Talk to Us!

Call your Thompson Account Manager at 231-922-0177 with a list of the components you wish to receive a trade-in/upgrade discount on as well as what you have interest in purchasing.

2. Quote

Your Account Manager will provide you with a quote for your new items and a trade-in discount amount.

3. Ship Your Trade-In Items

Once your order is received, your Account Manager will provide you with an RMA to ship the trade-in/upgrade components to Thompson.

4. Receive Your Discount!

After receipt of your trade-in/upgrade components, the discount will be applied to your PO.
