Thank you to everyone who took the time to fill out our Annual Customer Survey, your feedback is invaluable and a huge factor to our continued success at Thompson. As we strive to meet our customers’ needs, the survey results implemented a new program for existing customers and a reminder that all surgeons’ needs vary for blade sizes and frame components.

NEW LEASE TO OWN PROGRAM, DERIVED FROM YOUR FEEDBACK
In recent years, we have seen an increase in purchases for a duplicate Thompson Retractor system due to changes in hospital sterilization guidelines, either eliminating or reducing the use of flash sterilization and/or an increase in the hours ahead of a case that a tray must be sterilized.
We pulsed you in our recent survey and found that many of our customers are feeling the effects of this as well. As a response we have created a NEW Lease to Own Program for a duplicate or upgraded Thompson Retractor purchase.

The survey results showed numerous requests for more blade lengths and small adjustments to current stock frame components. One of the advantages to the small size of Thompson Surgical is our ability to customize a blade or frame component to meet your needs.
For minimal cost over the stock part, Thompson will custom make components to your exact specifications.
